COOLING TOWER REVAMP

Based on the climate conditions of the project location, provide the owner with a cooling tower design that meets the latest technical standards, while minimizing energy and water consumption while meeting usage requirements.


Wet cold dry mixed cooling technology

In the summer/hot season, the wet bulb temperature is higher, and wet cooling is used to achieve the customer's required outlet temperature. In winter/cold seasons, the wet bulb temperature is lower, and dry cooling is only used when the customer's required outlet temperature is reached. The water spray pump stops working to reduce power consumption.


Variable frequency energy-saving control technology based on output constant temperature

For cooling systems with strict export temperature requirements, we provide a PLC control system that integrates an internal frequency converter to regulate fan speed and pump flow, achieving stable output.


Dry wet mixed cooling technology based on dry cooling

Under normal circumstances, adiabatic cooling is used for drying and cooling under extreme weather conditions. To reduce the outlet temperature and ensure the normal operation of chillers and other main units in extreme weather conditions, an adiabatic working condition is adopted to keep the outlet temperature below the wet bulb temperature.


Anti icing automatic heating control technology

In winter in cold regions, suspending the operation of cooling towers can cause water pools to freeze and damage water pumps and pipeline equipment. Hanging ice on cooling towers can easily cause accidental injuries. For this purpose, we have designed a special anti freezing device that achieves the effect of never freezing through automatic control.


Closed cooling design for soft water/drinking water

For some high-end equipment or food equipment, to prevent contamination caused by heat exchanger leakage, it is recommended to use a closed cooling system, with SUS304/316 pipes and heat exchangers to ensure clean waterways.
