NEWIN closed circuit cooling tower

NWN series counter flow fluid coolers design with high efficient closed-loop system, Multi-functional water tank for option to closed circuit cooling tower. In the evaporative closed circuit coolers, due to the closed -loop system, compared to open-loop cooling towers, the advantages are reduced water treatment chemicals, reduced water consumption and reduced maintenance.

WATER TANK

Stainless Steel Water Tank, high stability, compression resistance and anti-corrosion.

The necessity of providing closed circuit cooling tower with circulating water tank:

▷ Replenishing water into circulating system of closed circuit cooling tower ( specially add antifreeze appropriately from water tank in winter) .
▷ Has stead preesure funtion, properly pressurize and depressurize for closed circuit cooling tower during whole circulating process, preventing water overflow.
▷ Excluding excess air of pipes and cooling coil in closed circuit cooling tower.
▷ Excluding the coil medium to the water tank when the closed circuit cooling tower stopped in winter, so that to antifreeze.

COOLING COIL

Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil has longer equipment life, higher thermal efficiency, higher corrosion resistances and lighter. 

Cooling coil as one of the main parts service for closed-loop system, the process fluid is circulated through the cooling coil and isolated by coil, reduced water treatment chemicals. Copper coil pipes and Galvanized steel coil pipes for option.
