NWN-S series Full- Stainless Steel Closed Type Cooling Tower

The NWN-S series cooling tower is a refined version of the NWN series counterflow closed cooling tower, featuring an enhanced anti-corrosion stainless steel frame structure for improved stability and extended service life；water saving and energy saving, high efficient and environmental frendly.

High-Efficiency Counter Flow Closed Circuit System

Operation
The fluid medium requiring cooling flows through the efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger, while the external spray system continuously moistens the coil surface to facilitate cooling. This allows for the exchange of heat between the cooled medium and the spray water through a partition wall heat exchanger, creating a closed loop for effective  cooling. Simultaneously, low-temperature dry air enters the tower in opposition to the spray water, with forced convection from a fan enabling counter-current heat exchange. Once fully exchanging heat, high-temperature saturated air is discharged outside of the tower, effectively reducing overall heat and lowering fluid medium temperature.
